This Senior Manufacturing Engineer role offers the rare opportunity to combine hands-on manufacturing engineering with process development, industrialisation and continuous improvement within a high-growth aerospace and defence environment. Role and Responsibilities As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Developing and improving SMT, through-hole and harness assembly manufacturing processesLeading the transfer of established electronics manufacturing processes into the Swindon facilitySupporting NPI activities and transitioning electronic assemblies into repeatable volume productionLeading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to improve manufacturing performanceWorking closely with Product Engineering, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to drive manufacturing excellence and process improvements This Senior Manufacturing Engineer position is highly hands-on and will see you spending significant time on the shop floor, ..... full job details .....
