Improve manufacturing processes, OEE, reliability, throughput, quality and waste. Analyse performance data and lead root-cause investigations. Deliver CAPEX and improvement projects from specification through to handover. Support tooling development, manufacturing trials, NPD and NPI. Work closely with operational teams, contractors, OEMs and specialist integrators. Produce engineering drawings, specifications and operating procedures. We''re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who can demonstrate the following:Experience needed as a Manufacturing Engineer; manufacturing, process, production, project or commissioning engineering role. Hands-on experience introducing or commissioning manufacturing equipment. Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and continuous-improvement skills.
