Production Engineer

Leicester - -38,500 - -45,000 - Mon-Fri

We''re looking for a hands-on production engineer with strong experience/knowledge of the PCB sector. This is a new role needed due to expansion where you will be leading the way on production & NPI project from start to finish. Ideal for someone who wants a senior position but not quite ready to leave the shop floor.

The Role:

• Lead and manage production, processes and NPI projects from start to finish
• Create new processes and build docs
• Programme PCB production machinery
• Deliver training
• Track data to be use for process improvements

You will be working to various ISO, AS, IPC & J standards.

About You:

• At least 5 years'' experience within the PCB manufacturing sector
• HC/HND qualification relative to the sector
• Full UK driving licence (there will be travel to supplier & customer sites)
