In this varied role, you will conduct root cause analysis and audit NCRs, leading the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Your focus will be on introducing new, cutting-edge equipment, optimising manufacturing/quality processes, and embedding lean principles.

The Role:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, lean, and quality functions
• Perform root cause analysis and process audits of NCRs
• Manage projects from concept to commissioning

The Person:

• Manufacturing Engineer or Project Engineer
• Background in Fabrication, Assembly, Casting, or Machining
• Proven experience working to ISO 9001 standards and lean manufacturing
