We''re recruiting for an established global manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for innovation, sustainability and manufacturing excellence. This is a genuinely hands-on Manufacturing Engineering role where you''ll work closely with Production, Operations, Engineering and Quality to identify improvements, solve manufacturing challenges and deliver measurable operational improvements. This isn''t a role for someone who''s only ever worked behind a desk. We''re looking for an engineer who understands manufacturing from first-hand experience someone who''s happy pulling on their safety boots, working alongside operators and then returning to the office to analyse data, develop solutions and manage improvement projects. The Role Reporting directly to the Operations Team, you''ll be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
