You will be involved in:Develop manufacturing processesApply Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) Principles into early design reviews to reduce complexity, cost, and lead timePFMEA creation for new and existing processes, ensuring all critical failure modes are identified and mitigatedDefining sequence of operations, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, and material handling taking into account flow and lean philosophiesSupport digital twin development with simulation models to provide cost estimates, throughput assessments, and guides process-development decisionsProviding Basis of Estimates for engineering activities and shop floor operations across a range of technologies and disciplinesIdentifying any new tooling and ..... full job details .....
