You will take ownership of engineering projects from initial concept through to production, improving existing products while working closely with production, quality and engineering teams.If you have strong 3D CAD skills and experience in mechanical design, sheet metal manufacturing and product development, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.What We OfferA salary of up to 40,000.Monday to Friday working hours, 8am-4:30pm.A varied, hands-on engineering role.The opportunity to contribute to product development, design innovation and continuous improvement.Key DutiesLead RandD and product improvement projects from concept through to manufacture.Produce 3D CAD models, 2D engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.Develop designs for sheet metal manufacture and assembly.Drive improvements in product quality, performance, reliability and cost.Manage engineering changes, design reviews and technical problem-solving.Liaise with suppliers and support pre-production builds.Work collaboratively with production, quality and engineering teams to improve manufacturing ..... full job details .....
