You ll be the link between Production and Quality, helping investigate issues, support non-conformances (NCRs), troubleshoot problems and keep communication flowing across departments.The Manufacturing Coordinator will be involved in:• Investigating manufacturing and production issues• Supporting NCR and corrective action processes• Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams• Identifying root causes including supplier, process or human error• Encouraging best practice and raising awareness across teams• Supporting continuous improvement activitiesThis Manufacturing Coordinator role would suit someone with experience working in manufacturing who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and helping solve problems.
