This role involves overseeing the issuance, receipt, and management of stores and inventory within a store''s environment. Additionally, it includes handling the loading, control, and monitoring of work packages in a manufacturing setting near the Stevenage site. We are actively seeking professionals with expertise in the missile and defence industries to join our client''s team. Key Responsibilities:Stock control and storekeeping, including efficient management of shelf-life control.Loading manufacturing cells with the required jobs according to planned lead and cycle times, ensuring compliance with manufacturing programs and delivery schedules.Packing tasks, utilising appropriate hand tools as necessary.Receiving and issuing tooling, maintaining accurate records.Updating computer records to track inventory and related information.Performing kitting activities to prepare materials for production.Safely loading and unloading lorries or trucks.Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
