Manufacturing Assembly Technician (Mechanical)Milton Keynes 37,000 - 42,000 + Training + Progression + Annual Bonus + Flexible Employer + Overtime + Days BasedAre you an experienced Mechanical Technician looking to step into a Lead/Supervisory role, take ownership of a skilled assembly team and build specialist X-Ray equipment from the ground up, whilst developing your career within an established and growing manufacturer?Established in 2003, this specialist company provide industrial X-ray services to local manufacturers including cabinets, equipment and even entire rooms. After continued growth they have recently moved into a new workshop and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join the team.In this role you will be leading a small team of Mechanical Assemblers, coordinating and providing technical guidance on a day-to-day basis. Whilst carrying out the build and assembly of bespoke X-ray equipment, you will also liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the design specification.This role would suit a Mechanical Assembler / Fitter from a manufacturing background looking to work on bespoke machinery with a company offering real progression within their new workshop.The Role:Supervise and support a small but growing team of engineersCoordinate the day and assign tasks to your teamBuilding bespoke X-ray cabinets and equipmentMon-Fri (8am-4pm) with optional overtime at 1.5x (Sunday 2x)The Person:Mechanical Assembler / ..... full job details .....
