Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor

Due to continued expansion and increased project activity, our client is seeking an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading engineering business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and operational excellence.Your new role As Production Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production and assembly activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.Working closely with management, production and engineering teams, you will coordinate labour, materials and workflow to achieve production targets while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise day-to-day manufacturing and assembly activities.Coordinate workloads to ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.Support production planning and resource allocation activities.Manage subcontractors and external suppliers as required.Review engineering documentation and production requirements before release to manufacture.Investigate and resolve production issues and non-conformances.Maintain health, safety and quality standards throughout the facility.Drive ..... full job details .....
