This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring operational excellence within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Based at a modern facility in Morpeth, Northumberland, this position offers the chance to contribute to the production of high-quality, safety-critical products that make a real difference worldwide.Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Engineering and Safety Deliver business plan targets with a focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Safety, and Morale (QCDDSSM).Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Six Sigma methodologies.Design and develop manufacturing systems, processes, jigs, and fixtures.Produce detailed designs using SolidWorks (3D) and DraftSight (2D).Ensure compliance with industry directives, safety regulations, and legal requirements.Manage and improve Health and Safety systems, including COSHH controls.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), PPAP, and safe launch activities.Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process ..... full job details .....
