We are pleased to be partnering exclusively with this growing and innovative manufacturing business in seeking an experienced Manufacturing / Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and support the continued expansion of its operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven or aspiring engineering leader with a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering background who is looking to play a key role in driving engineering performance, production delivery, operational improvement, and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee engineering activities, develop high-performing teams, implement best practice processes, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing / Engineering Manager

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Drive engineering performance, accountability, and project delivery
• Support production, manufacturing, and operational objectives
• Implement engineering best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee projects from concept through to manufacture and deployment
• Improve engineering processes, systems, and resource planning
• Support recruitment, mentoring, and team development
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and commercial functions

About You as a Manufacturing / Engineering Manager

• Previous experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience
• Experience driving operational improvements and engineering best practice
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to software, electronics, automation, or multidisciplinary engineering environments would be advantageous
