Your Role

As a Machine Operator at a global leading aerospace organization, you will be machining parts for use in electrical motors and generators. The ideal candidates would possess prior experience of working within a machining environment using CNC turning, grinding and drilling skills whilst working to tight tolerances.

• Build and machine parts for use in electrical motors and generators
• Carry out grinding and operate a CNC controlled machine
• Able to use a multitude of hand tolls including screw drivers, pliers, cutters, torque wrenches, manual hand tools and pneumatic tools

Shift Pattern

Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 6.00am to 2.00pm Friday: 6.00am to 11.00am
Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 2.00pm to 10.00pm Friday: 11.00am to 4.00pm

This shift pattern attracts a 14.5% shift premium on basic salary.

• CNC machining experience
• Technical understanding in using precision measuring equipment
• Experience within a manufacturing environment

• Milling and manual turning experience preferrable
• Working within Quality Management System ISO 9001/AS9100 standards
