- Experience of setting manual lathe machines (essential)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings (essential)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- NVQ Level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations or equivalent (desirable)
