They are looking for an experienced Manual Turner and Miller / CNC Milling Programmer with CAD experience to join their friendly and skilled engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys varied work, producing high-quality precision components and being involved in the machining process from drawing through to finished product.Key Responsibilities Set and operate manual turning and milling machines. Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines. Use CAD software to interpret, prepare and modify engineering drawings. Work from 2D and 3D CAD drawings to manufacture precision components. Produce one-off components, prototypes and small-batch production runs. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds and feeds. Machine components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Carry out dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop.
