Key Responsibilities Manual deburring of precision machined components Removal of sharp edges and blending of radii to drawing requirements Polishing and surface finishing of metal components Use of hand tools including files, scrapers, stones and deburring blades Working to tight tolerances and high-quality surface finish standards Inspection of parts against engineering drawings and specifications Working under magnification where required Identifying non-conformances and escalating quality concerns Maintaining excellent part protection and cleanliness standards ..... full job details .....
