We''re looking for two experienced manual machinists to learn a universal grinding process at a busy engineering site in Rugby.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll set and operate NC-controlled equipment and produce components to tight tolerances.

It''s a key position for our client and requires a certain level of experience, this is not a trainee role.

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 2 year''s experience working with manual machinery or NC-controlled equipment.
• The ability to read engineering drawings.
• Confidence in self-inspecting your work.

What''s on offer:

• Starting pay of -14.87 per hour, with rapid increases based on performance.
• 37 hours paid per week.
