Contek are working with one of our clients based in Hartlepool who are looking for 2-Manual Machinists to join their team.

We are in need of one of each, a-Manual Miller, and a Manual Turner due to an ever growing order book.-

We are open to recieving candidates on a full time or part time basis, if you are looking for a part time position to keep you busy during retirement, or you are looking for a busy working sub-con environment.-

Responsibilties:

• Manual Machining working either conventional Mills or Lathes.
• Work to customer specs ensuring work is within tolerance.-
• Work with your team to ensure work is finished on time and to the right quality.-
• Boring where needed (If you have experience to do so).

Desired:

• Manual Machinist experience such as Milling, Turning, Boring etc.
• Ideally worked in a Toolroom environment or sub-con machine shop.
• Apprenticeship served (Although not essential).
• Open to working overtime where required

Hours:

Monday to Thursday
08:00 - 16:30
Friday
08:00 - 15:30
