This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality components and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate manual milling machines to produce components to drawing and specification. Set up and operate manual centre lathes for turning, facing, threading and other machining operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds and feeds for different materials and operations. Carry out accurate measurements using micrometers, verniers, gauges and other precision measuring equipment.
