About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Colchester Lathe Operator to join a growing aerospace manufacturing business on a long-term PAYE contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a precision engineering environment, producing high-quality components to exacting aerospace standards. You will be responsible for setting and operating Colchester lathes, working from engineering drawings, and ensuring all work meets strict quality requirements.
