This is an excellent opportunity for an established Manual Handling Instructor, or someone who has previously held an instructor qualification and is looking to return to a training-focused role. Key Responsibilities Deliver practical and classroom-based training sessions. Conduct inductions for new starters and temporary staff. Train, assess, and re-certify colleagues on MHE equipment. Support and promote health and safety compliance across the site. Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Health & Safety teams. Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and operational performance. Ensure all mandatory training requirements are completed. Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence.
