Manual Grinder (Days / Aerospace) 35,000 - 38,000 ( 45k OTE) + Monday to Friday + Days Only + 1.5x Overtime + Progression + Training Skelmersdale, LancashireAre you a Manual Grinder or similar who has served an engineering apprenticeship, looking to join a specialised manufacturing firm that offers a days based, Monday to Friday role where you will benefit from ongoing progression and training to help you become an expert?This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for the Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Commercial industries, working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. Since their establishment, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their production capabilities to keep up with ever increasing demand.In this role you will be setting and operating conventional milling machines within a tight-knit team of engineers as well as liaising with senior leadership and other departments to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner. You will be trained on and expected to operate Surface grinders, bore grinders and cylindrical grinders.
