Working from engineering drawings and specifications, you will produce one-off, prototype and small-batch components, bringing strong practical skills, accuracy and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Set and operate conventional manual milling and turning machines with XYZ ProtoTRAK controls. Manufacture components from engineering drawings, sketches and specifications. Select suitable machining methods, tooling, workholding and cutting conditions. Work with a range of engineering materials, including stainless steel, aluminium and other metals. Adjust machining processes as needed to achieve required dimensions and surface finishes.
