Manfacturing Engineer

Owen Daniels are supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer supplying precision-engineered components to major global OEMs, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically minded Manufacturing Engineer to work within a highly regulated aerospace environment, supporting both new product introduction and continuous improvement activities across production operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assembliesCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and PFMEAsSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through to productionDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, and efficiencyLiaise closely with design, quality, production, and supply chain teamsInvestigate and resolve manufacturing and process-related issuesSupport lean manufacturing and root cause analysis activitiesEnsure all manufacturing processes comply with aerospace quality standards and customer requirementsCandidate Requirements:Proven experience within a Manufacturing Engineer position in the aerospace sectorStrong knowledge of machining, assembly, or fabrication processesExperience working within AS9100 or similarly regulated environmentsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to interpret engineering ..... full job details .....
