MandE Supervisor

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Supervisor to oversee all MandE aspects of a high profile commercial construction project. You will play a key role in ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. MandE Supervisor Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical installations on site Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations Manage subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and incidents Support commissioning and handover processes MandE Supervisor Requirements Proven experience in a similar MandE supervisory role within commercial construction Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installations, and regulations Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering SMSTS or SSSTS certification (or equivalent) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure How to apply Please up load your up to date CV to apply for the MandE ..... full job details .....
