      <description>Location: Hertfordshire | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | MandE Supervisor - Static SiteHatfield 50,000 per annum basic plus 4,160 call out allowanceOpportunity for a building services maintenance supervisor to work client direct at a large static site in Hatfield. This is an ideal role for someone with an understanding of building services maintenance, compliance and health and safety management. This position is working days, Monday - Friday, paying a basic salary of up to 50,000 per annum, with benefits package and on call allowance of 4,160 per year on top.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee a small team of electrical and mechanical HVAC engineers, providing technical support where necessary.  Inspecting of completed ppms and reactive works on building services plant. Compliance management, updating and checking of site log books. Supervision of specialist sub-contractors when on site.
