MandE Supervisor - Nights

PSR are seeking an experienced and proactive Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Supervisor to join our clients team in Bristol. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills who can oversee on-site MandE operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate MandE installations on-siteManage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specificationsMonitor health and safety standards and enforce site regulationsReview drawings, plans, and technical documentsLiaise with project managers, engineers, and clientsConduct site inspections and quality checksEnsure works are completed within deadlines and budget constraintsMaintain accurate records and reports of site activitiesRequirements:Proven experience in an MandE supervisory roleStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in constructionRelevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Building Services Engineering)SMSTS or SSSTS certificationCSCS CardStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsFull UK driving licenceDesirable:Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projectsFirst Aid certificationPlease call Lewis on(phone number removed) for more ..... full job details .....
