MandE Site Supervisor

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a MandE Site Supervisor on a Initial 3-6 month contract based in Hartlepool. Role Summary Supervise day-to-day mechanical and electrical activities related to nacelle components. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and site regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and logistics teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct inspections and quality checks in alignment with project specifications and requirements. Support planning and scheduling activities, reporting progress to the Completions Manager. Monitor resource use and ensure proper handling and documentation of materials and tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues during pre-assembly. Maintain up-to-date records of work performed, inspections, and incidents. Requirements Proven experience supervising mechanical and electrical works, preferably in wind turbine or heavy industry pre-assembly environments Strong understanding of HSE standards in construction and energy sectors. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a rotation-based schedule.
