MandE Site Manager for a busy Tier 1 Contractor in Glasgow Your new company You''ll be joining a leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong UK presence and a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across defence, infrastructure and the built environment. The business is known for its robust project controls, collaborative culture and commitment to safety, quality and staff development.Your new role As MandE Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a scheme valued at circa £50m, working with a busy public sector client.Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all mechanical and electrical works on site. This will include coordinating subcontractors, managing short-term programmes, overseeing quality and commissioning activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification in a constrained, highly regulated environment.What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience as an MandE Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, ideally within defence, healthcare, residential or other complex environmentsStrong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical building servicesExperience managing specialist MandE subcontractors and coordinating interfaces with main worksA solid understanding of health and safety, quality assurance and commissioning processesSMSTS and relevant CSCS certification (or equivalent)Ability to work ..... full job details .....
