MandE Site Manager

MandE Site Manager (Electrical Bias) We are recruiting for an experienced MandE Site Manager to join a major industrial engineering project in Bristol. This role has a strong electrical focus, supporting the Project Manager with the successful delivery of electrical and MEICA installation works across a large-scale wastewater treatment site. We''re looking for someone with a practical site background who can drive quality, coordinate subcontractors and oversee testing and commissioning activities. The Role Working alongside the Project Manager, you will support the day-to-day delivery of the MandE package, with a particular focus on the electrical works. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Project Manager with the delivery of electrical and MEICA installation works. Managing and coordinating electrical subcontractors and site teams. Reviewing and managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspections and quality documentation. Coordinating electrical testing, commissioning and client witness activities. Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Carrying out site inspections and resolving technical issues. Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are followed. Working closely with engineers, commissioning teams and the client throughout project delivery.
