Mechanical Site Manager and Electrical Site Manager Birmingham Permanent Up to 65,000 + Package Buildforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor for one Mechanical Site Manager and one Electrical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a major construction project in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile scheme, taking ownership of the MandE packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful coordination, installation and delivery of all Mechanical or Electrical services, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You''ll play a key role in managing specialist subcontractors, driving quality assurance and commissioning activities while working closely with the commercial, design and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Manage all Mechanical or Electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinate and manage specialist MEP subcontractors. Review drawings, specifications and design information, identifying and resolving clashes and technical queries. Compile and manage RFIs, drawing registers and document control.
