This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer with either a strong electrical or mechanical bias to join a highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining a high-profile London portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety and operational performance of essential building services, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a 24/7 shift environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across electrical and mechanical building services. Respond to reactive maintenance requests, breakdowns, emergencies and call-outs, ensuring issues are resolved with minimum delay. Diagnose and repair faults across electrical systems and associated building services. Carry out maintenance and repairs to lighting, power and electrical distribution systems.
