About the Role

As the MandE Service Coordinator – Surrey - 28 - 30K, you will support a compact engineering team within the mechanical and electrical maintenance sector. Based in Surrey, this contract role involves coordinating, scheduling, and planning engineer diaries to ensure efficient service delivery. Your key skills include liaising with clients to book follow-up work, managing a database with accurate inputting, and handling general administrative tasks such as arranging hotel bookings and coordinating parts orders. You will also check stock and order necessary components. The position offers a salary between £28,000 and £30,000, dependent on experience, with a standard working pattern of 9 am to 5 pm over a 40-hour week.

There is a new opportunity for an Administrator to join a company based in Surrey. You will mainly be supporting a small but busy engineering team and be working within the MandE Maintenance industry.
As a business, they are based in Surrey and now employ over 20 engineers and are continually growing at a steady rate offering MandE Installation and maintenance works nationwide.
Duties would include:
- Coordinating, scheduling and planning of engineer’s diaries
- Booking follow up work and through liaising with the client
- General administrative duties including booking hotels and booking in works with stores.
- Database management and inputting
- Ordering and checking parts
Salary and Package:
- 28 - 30k (dependant on exp.)
- 9 – 5 on a 40-hour week
- 20 days holiday + bank

The Person:
- Strong administration skills
- Good communicator
- Efficient, organised, self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Experience scheduling engineers - advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience or knowledge of engineering environment
