You will work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager and project teams, managing multiple responsibilities across a variety of live and tendered projects while making impactful contributions to the overall success of the company. You will have To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor, you will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, with RICS accreditation being preferred. Your experience should include a good understanding of JCT and other standard forms of contract, coupled with proficiency in SMM7 and standard methods of measurement.
