MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: London Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 + Package (DOE) Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity We are working with a leading MandE Contractor who delivers high-value residential, commercial, healthcare and mixed-use developments across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on projects ranging from 1m to 30m+ MEP value, taking commercial responsibility from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages from procurement through to final account. Preparing and submitting valuations, applications for payment and variation accounts. Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor packages. Cost reporting, forecasting and budget management. Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities. Preparing and agreeing final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Assisting with procurement and supply chain management. Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure commercial success. Supporting contract administration and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Producing monthly CVRs and commercial reports for senior management. Requirements Proven experience as an MandE Quantity Surveyor within the Building Services sector.
