MandE Quantity Surveyor

Involve Recruitment are seeking an MandE Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction contractor delivering a strong pipeline of commercial projects across the South West and South Wales. The business is involved in a range of schemes including fit-out, refurbishment, and specialist MEP packages, offering exposure to varied and technically interesting projects. You will be responsible for the commercial management of MandE packages across multiple projects, supporting delivery from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include: Managing the commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages Cost planning, forecasting and reporting Procurement and management of subcontractors Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts Contract administration (NEC / JCT) Liaising with project teams, clients and supply chain Supporting project delivery to ensure commercial targets are achieved Requirements: 3+ years experience in an MandE Quantity Surveying role Background within contractor, subcontractor or consultancy environments Experience working on commercial, fit-out or refurbishment projects Good understanding of MEP services and packages Working knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts Strong communication and organisational skills What s on Offer: Competitive salary (DOE) Bonus and benefits package Strong pipeline of secured work Clear progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment ..... full job details .....
