About this Quantity Surveyor role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a healthcare scheme for a leading MEP business. You will be reporting into the Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Feasibility, Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.Managing cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery.Compiling and issuing commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR''sPreparing forecasts and reports on financial status and cash flow. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Experience with commercially managing high value MandE projectsKnowledge of tender processes and have experience in handling contracts and legal issues.Experience of MandE Quantity Surveying and financial knowledge of construction costs.An understanding of contracts and the tender process as well as being able to read drawings and understand contracts.
