This is a hands-on role combining contractor supervision, technical coordination, compliance and project reporting. Key Responsibilities Act as the on-site point of contact for project works, inspections, surveys and contractor activity, including out-of-hours works where required. Coordinate third-party suppliers across electrical, HVAC, plumbing and wider building services. Process permits, review RAMS and conduct isolations in line with site procedures. Carry out project-area walk-rounds, identify risks and snags, and support health and safety inspections.
