Project ManagerLocation: BirminghamSector: Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Building ServicesAbout the RoleMy client is a leading building services contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, my client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Birmingham team. This is a key role responsible for the successful delivery of MandE projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of MandE projects from inception to completionManage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including design, commercial, and site operationsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standardsMonitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractorsOversee procurement and subcontractor management in collaboration with the commercial teamEnsure quality assurance and successful project handoverProvide regular reporting to senior management on project progressRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within construction or MandE building servicesStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and project ..... full job details .....
