Freelance MandE Project Manager - Life Sciences Fit Out Location: Fife Contract Length: May - September Rate: 350 - 390 a dayWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance MandE Project Manager to join a leading business delivering a high-specification Life Sciences fit out project based North East of Edinburgh.This project will involve the delivery of specialist laboratory and cleanroom environments, and we are looking for a candidate with proven experience managing complex MandE packages within regulated sectors.The successful candidate will oversee the MandE delivery on site, working closely with specialist Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors already engaged on the project. The primary focus of the role will be driving Health and Safety standards, coordinating contractors, and acting as the key point of contact for the client throughout the programme.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of MandE works on a live Life Sciences fit out projectManage and coordinate specialist MandE subcontractors on siteEnsure all Health and Safety procedures and site compliance are maintained to the highest standardMaintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updatesMonitor programme, quality, and site progressCoordinate with the wider project team to ensure successful project deliveryRequirementsProven experience managing MandE projects up to 2m in valuePrevious experience within the Life Sciences sector is essentialStrong understanding of laboratory and ..... full job details .....
