MandE Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced MandE Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical projects within a mission-critical environment where uptime, compliance, and operational resilience are paramount. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading UK FM provider for a technically strong and commercially aware project professional to work on complex infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle programmes, and client-led improvements within a fast-paced, safety-first environment. The Role You will take ownership of multiple MandE projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, programme, budget, and compliance standards. You will act as the key interface between the client, subcontractors, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders while maintaining minimal disruption to critical operations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of MandE projects across a live critical facility Lead project planning, programming, procurement, and execution activities Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with statutory compliance and company procedures Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and specialist subcontractors Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and commercial performance Produce and maintain project documentation including RAMS, permits, programmes, and commissioning plans Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover processes Build strong client relationships through clear communication and high service ..... full job details .....
