I m working with a growing contractor who operate as a design, engineering and build business, delivering complex laboratories, hospital environments and pharma schemes across the UK. These are highly regulated environments where coordination, quality and detail actually matter so they need people who know what good looks like. You ll be taking ownership of MandE packages ranging from £1m £7m, sitting within overall project values of £4m £12m.
