MandE Project Manager

An experienced MandE Project Manager is required to deliver building services projects across London. You''ll manage projects from initial scope and planning through to completion, taking responsibility for safe delivery, commercial performance, risk and subcontractor management. This client-facing role covers a varied programme of MandE, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works within a facilities management environment. The Role As the MandE Project Manager, you''ll: Lead building services projects from scope development through delivery and handover. Deliver MandE, fit-out, asset replacement and energy projects safely and within budget. Manage project programmes, financial plans, revenue, profit, cash flow and invoicing. Identify and manage technical, statutory, operational and commercial project risks. Procure and manage subcontractors while maintaining quality and controlling delivery risk. Build strong relationships with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners. Maintain project controls and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements. Identify opportunities to improve project revenue and commercial performance. About You To be successful as the MandE Project Manager, you''ll have: Proven project management experience within facilities management or building services.
