This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative environment delivering meaningful, technically challenging schemes.They offer a supportive culture, modern facilities, and flexible hybrid working.Your new roleAs an MandE Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of capital and revenue projects from inception through to completion, following the RIBA Plan of Work.You will lead multiple projects (typically £250k-£5m) with a strong Mechanical and Electrical bias, including Long Term Maintenance schemes, minor works, and energy/carbon reduction initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Managing projects to meet time, cost, and quality objectivesDeveloping project briefs and supporting business cases and funding bidsIdentifying and implementing appropriate procurement strategiesLeading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including consultants and contractorsActing as the key point of contact for internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with HandS, CDM regulations, and statutory requirementsContributing to continuous improvement within the ..... full job details .....
