MandE Project DirectorEnfordContract 1st Step Solutions are supporting a leading Tier 1 MandE Contractor who have an opportunity for a MandE Project Lead to be based on a newly secured commercial project in EnfordTo be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in project management, particularly within the commercial sector or similar related projects with values between 30 - 40mil. Ideally, you will have experience of demonstrating responsibility for full Contract Management at this level.Responsibilities:- Develop, control, and ensure delivery against the project budgets including profit, preliminaries and procurements.- Implement detailed programmes and schedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress- Secure and manage the appropriate resources to deliver the project / scheme effectively and efficiently in a professional manner to ensure successful delivery within project constraints.- Implement and manage the development of the Project Quality Plan, Trade Quality Plans, and Defect rectification procedures- Ensure there is a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to customer/ end user throughout the handover process.Requirements:- CSCS/SMSTS.- Mechanical or electrical bias.- HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering desirable.- Experience of working at a senior level on MandE projects, as well as ideally having had responsibility for full contract management.- Effective communicator at all levels.- Capability ..... full job details .....
