With a portfolio of schemes ranging from 5m to 50m MandE, they continue to secure landmark projects throughout London and the South East.Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced MandE Pre-Construction Director to lead their pre-construction function from their Central London office.The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take overall responsibility for the company''s pre-construction department, leading a team of experienced engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of all pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to project handover to the delivery teams.This is a senior leadership position offering genuine influence over business strategy, project wins and operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the company''s MandE pre-construction function.Oversee multiple major tenders and negotiated projects simultaneously.Manage and mentor a team of pre-construction engineers.Work closely with the Managing Director to ..... full job details .....
