This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with strong MandE expertise and surveying skills to manage a high-performing team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across schools and community buildings.Interested?If you hold an NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in MandE, a building trade, or a relevant degree, and have extensive knowledge of MandE maintenance, compliance, and project delivery, we want to hear from you.You will have proven leadership experience managing multi-skilled teams and contractors, with strong technical reporting, budget control, and stakeholder engagement skills.
