MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: LondonSalary: £85,000 £100,000 + Excellent BenefitsOverview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MandE / MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing MandE contractor as they continue their expansion into London.Originally established in the Southwest, the business currently has a turnover of approximately £15m and has recently secured investment from a high-profile figure within the industry. With an experienced Regional Director now leading the London operation, the company has ambitious plans to grow to £60m £80m turnover by 2027.The business is already securing significant volumes of work and is currently turning projects away while they build the right team to support their growth.This is a key appointment within the commercial function, working closely alongside an experienced Commercial Manager and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
