MandE (Mechanical) Quantity Surveyor Central London Salary: 45,000- 60,000 + Excellent Package Start Date: ASAPWe are a well-established and highly regarded pipework contractor with a strong presence in the mechanical and electrical (MandE) sector, delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East. With a turnover of 20 million and a growing pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Central London.The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of multiple live projects, working from our Central London office with regular site visits. You''ll be part of a collaborative commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with project delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost plansProcurement of subcontractors and supplier packagesManaging valuations, variations, and final accountsSupporting project delivery with accurate financial reportingEnsuring all commercial activities comply with contractual and company standardsLiaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective deliveryRequirements:Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Quantity SurveyorPrevious experience with an MandE contractor is highly desirableStrong knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT/NEC)Proficient in cost control, procurement, and commercial managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFull UK ..... full job details .....
